We recognise that a lot of people will be looking for information about their booking, but we ask that you please bear with us during this time, where we are dealing with a large volume of calls and email enquiries.

We have provided as much info as possible in our FAQ’s below to help with different scenarios, these contain all the information and instructions that we are able to give if you were to contact us.

I HAVE A BOOKING ARRIVING BEFORE THE 30th APRIL, CAN I STILL GO?

On 23rd March 2020, the government issued the instruction that everyone must stay at home.

Therefore, you will not be able to travel to our site. Supporting our customers through this period is our primary concern, and we will allow any customer impacted to amend their booking free of charge. This applies to all guests due to arrive on or before 4th June 2020

CAN I MAKE A BOOKING WITH YOU?

 We are currently not accepting bookings that depart before 4th June 2020. You can make a booking with us for after this date if you wish to.

  

I HAVE A BOOKING WITH YOU, COMMENCING BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND JUNE 4TH 2020, CAN I STILL GO?

Every customer should consider the latest government advice and their own personal circumstances at all times before deciding to travel. As the government advice is constantly being updated, you should check online prior to making the decision to travel.

 

AM I COVERED BY TRAVEL INSURANCE?

We advise in our terms & conditions that holiday insurance should be taken out when you book a holiday. If you purchased separate travel insurance before 17 March 2020, then we believe you should still be covered although this will vary between insurance companies so you should contact them in the first instance

 

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY HOLIDAY?

Your contract does not allow any refunds, however, please refer to your individual travel insurance and contact your relevant insurer for further information.

 

You can easily request to amend your booking by emailing bookings@millfarmleisure.co.uk Please Note: We are prioritising bookings departing the closest to today’s date so we may take a while to get back to you. We will get back to each person requesting a transfer in due course.
